Ancient Romans were the first to document eating eggs for breakfast. Mainly eaten in omelet form, it wasn’t until the 14th century that eggs were scrambled. The Libro Della Cucina, an Italian cookbook, notes, “there is so much known about fried, roasted, and scrambled eggs that it is not necessary to speak about them.” Today, eggs are eaten in a variety of ways all over the world….
